Your Role

You will join the kitchen brigade, working in your designated section.

You will enjoy leading your section and your Commis Chefs to produce high-quality dishes impeccably prepared and served. You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with creating and testing menus, and with achieving departmental targets.
