This family owned Country House Hotel has been owned by the same family for nearly 30 years and sits in the most picturesque location in Cornwall. Sitting in a secluded bay surrounded by landscaped gardens. It boasts two restaurants both being recognised for there culinary excellence.

Working as a Chef de Partie

As a chef de Partie you will be working as part of a busy team, ensuring that your section is always clean and tidy. You will have a desire to learn and develop with the team, have a real passion for food, have an eye for detail and be able to work under pressure. A good communicator and organised is also very important.
