Blue Arrow is recruiting Chef de Partie across Swindon & Wiltshire for flexible, well-paid assignments in a range of professional kitchens. Whether you want full-time work, extra shifts, or greater flexibility, immediate starts and weekly pay are available.

Roles span schools, care homes, nurseries, and contract catering venues, with ongoing and long-term opportunities and dedicated consultant support from Blue Arrow.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent in a professional kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety practices.
• Food Hygiene Certificate preferred but not essential.
• A valid DBS certificate is advantageous and preferred for some assignments, but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Reliable, professional, and adaptable approach to work.
• Own transport is beneficial due to the variety of client locations.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality meals.
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
• Supporting the smooth running of kitchen operations.
• Managing food storage and stock rotation procedures.
• Working effectively with kitchen teams in busy environments.
• Delivering consistent quality and excellent food presentation.

We work with a range of establishments including schools, care homes, nurseries, business and industry sites, and contract catering venues.
