Job summary

Enhance Catering is recruiting a Chef de Partie to support catering operations across our site in High Wycombe HP10. You will be an experienced Chef de Partie with solid cooking skills, good organisation, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

You will prepare and cook fresh, seasonal food to a high standard, support senior chefs with day-to-day kitchen operations, and maintain food safety and health & safety standards.

What You'll be doing

• Preparing and cooking fresh, seasonal food to a consistently high standard
• Supporting senior chefs with day‑to‑day kitchen operations
• Maintaining excellent food safety and health & safety standards
• Helping with food prep, service, and section management
• Ensuring your area is clean, organised, and well‑stocked
• Working as part of a strong kitchen team
• Ensuring consistency, presentation, and quality of all dishes

• Monday to Friday 0930am till 5:30pm (options for evening and weekend extra shifts) - £17 an hour
