Job summary

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is recruiting a Chef de Partie for a busy Casual Dining Restaurant near St.Neots and Bedford. You will work 4 days a week with 3 days off, with weekend shifts but at least one off per month and during Christmas. Own transport is preferred due to location.

You will produce meals from fresh ingredients for leisure guests, supervise a section, and train junior staff while ensuring high standards of hygiene and service.

Qualifications

• Experience with fresh food in a busy pub/restaurant.
• Plating meals for restaurant guests.
• Experience in high-volume service.

Responsibilities

• Produce meals for all-day casual dining.
• Order for section and maintain cleanliness.
• Manage and train junior staff members.

Our client is recruiting a Chef de Partie for their busy Casual Dining Restaurant near St.Neots & Bedford. They are looking for a Chef with experience of working with all fresh food to produce meals for leisure guests at this busy venue. You will work 4 days a week with 3 days off. The role will involve weekend working but you will get a least one off a month as well as the Christmas period. You will need your own transport due to location.

The Role

• Working and producing meals for the restauarnt which is all day dining
• Ordering for section and cleanliness
• Managing and Training Junior Staff members

Experience

• You will already be working as a Junior Chef or CDP on in a busy pub, hotel or restaurant
• Plating meals for Restaurant guests
• Used to serving large volumes of customers
