Salary / Rate of pay: up to £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

What’s involved?

Working as part of a team of 9 talented chefs, the successful Chef de Partie will be confident to run a section independently in the kitchen, whilst supporting with the preparation, cooking and presentation of food for the restaurants and events. You will be a team player, able to work under pressure and multi-task to deliver great food, promptly. You will assist in the training of other team members whilst also working closely with the Head Chef to assist with menu planning and creating new dishes.

As an experienced chef, the successful Chef de Partie will ensure both themselves and the team have a high standard of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety at all times. The successful Chef de Partie will be an experienced chef with a good eye for detail and the ability to cook dishes to a high standard, using fresh ingredients.
