Job summary

The Chalk Hare in Royston, part of Acorn Pubs, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a vibrant kitchen. You will work across sections and help the head chef deliver exquisite dishes in a fast-paced environment.

Basic up to £14 per hour, plus tron c; package up to £16 per hour including tron c, with weekly pay, a Nest pension, and generous staff discounts across Acorn Pubs and Brunning & Price.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or senior chef on a busy line.
• Ability to work across kitchen sections and support senior chefs.
• Making and plating high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.

About you...

You may have experience in catering as a chef, line cook, breakfast chef, section chef or chef de partie in a restaurant, gastro pub or the wider hospitality sector. As our chef de partie you'll be working across all areas of the kitchen, supporting our sous chefs and head chef.
