Job summary

The Plough & Harrow in Malvern, part of Brunning & Price, is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You’ll work across all areas of the kitchen, supporting the Sous Chefs and Head Chef, with a focus on fresh, high-quality dishes and timely service.

We offer £13 per hour, paid overtime and generous tips, plus meals on shift, pension, and staff discounts. If you’re passionate about hospitality and growth, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering as a chef in a restaurant, gastro pub or wider hospitality sector.
• Ability to work across all kitchen sections and support senior chefs.

Responsibilities

• Work across all areas of the kitchen and support the Sous Chefs and Head Chef.
• Deliver high-quality dishes with timely service.
• Adhere to health and safety standards.

About you...

You may have experience in catering as a chef, line cook, breakfast chef, section chef or chef de partie in a restaurant, gastro pub or the wider hospitality sector. As our Chef de Partie you'll be working across all areas of the kitchen, supporting our Sous Chefs and Head Chef.
