Job summary

Brunning and Price is hiring a Chef de Partie at The Hayhurst Arms, Bostock Green. The role includes progression via Level 1–3 apprenticeships to grow in your career, with a package up to £35,200 (including tronc and bonus).

Basic up to £32,000 plus tronc, overtime and great cash tips are on offer. You’ll benefit from free meals on shift, 30% discount for you and your circle across B&P and our group, and a Nest pension.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering as a chef, line cook, breakfast chef or chef de partie in a pub/restaurant.
• Passion for fresh food cookery.

Responsibilities

• Work across all kitchen areas and support Sous Chefs and Head Chef.
• Prepare andCook dishes to the standard expected by the Brunning and Price group.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety in line with guidelines.

About you...

You may have experience in catering as a chef, line cook, breakfast chef, section chef or chef de partie in a restaurant, gastro pub or the wider hospitality sector. As our Chef de Partie you'll be working across all areas of the kitchen, supporting our Sous Chefs and Head Chef.
