Job summary

The Parrot, Forest Green, part of Brunning and Price, is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen. You’ll work across all sections, support the Sous and Head Chef, and help deliver fresh, high-quality dishes in a friendly pub environment.

We offer a basic salary up to £32,000 plus TRONC, overtime paid, live-in options, free meals on shift, pension, and other staff perks with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef in catering, restaurant, gastro pub or hospitality sector.
• You’ll work across all areas of the kitchen, supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef.

Responsibilities

• Work across all areas of the kitchen to assist the Head Chef and Sous Chefs.
• Assist with preparation and cooking of dishes to ensure high quality and consistency.

About you...

You may have experience in catering as a chef, line cook, breakfast chef, section chef or chef de partie in a restaurant, gastro pub or the wider hospitality sector. As our Chef de Partie you'll be working across all areas of the kitchen, supporting our Sous Chefs and Head Chef.
