Job summary

The Plough & Harrow in Malvern is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You’ll work across all sections, supporting the Head Chef and delivering fresh dishes for our pub guests.

We offer £13 per hour, paid overtime and great tips, plus free meals on shift, Nest pension, staff discounts across the group, cycle-to-work, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering as a chef in a pub/restaurant or similar setting.
• Passion for fresh food cookery and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Work across all kitchen sections and maintain high standards.
• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily duties.
• Prepare and plate dishes in line with menu and brand standards.

About You...

You may have experience in catering as a chef, line cook, breakfast chef, section chef or chef de partie in a restaurant, gastro pub or the wider hospitality sector. As our Chef de Partie you'll be working across all areas of the kitchen, supporting our Sous Chefs and Head Chef.
