Job summary

JW Lees is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our team in Rochdale. You will work with a focus on fresh ingredients, maintain high kitchen standards and support the section's stock management. The role offers opportunities for development and progression within the group.

You will be part of a busy kitchen, contributing to consistent dish quality, teamwork, and adherence to health & safety practices while supporting internal training and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience cooking with fresh ingredients.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to work well in a team.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety in the kitchen and achieving high sanitation scores.
• Ability to manage stock and oversee your section.
• Motivated to develop skills and progress in the role.
