Job summary

The Landmark London is seeking a passionate Chef De Partie to join our Kitchen Team on a permanent basis with an immediate start. You will deliver five-star service, take ownership of mise-en-place, and work across outlets including banqueting.

• Ability to deliver high-standard dishes with consistency.
• Flexible to work shifts and a 40-hour week.

Responsibilities

• Prepare mise-en-place and service for the section/banqueting department, both individually and as part of a team.
• Adapt menus across outlets (afternoon tea, larder, bowls, canapés, etc.).
• Demonstrate relevant experience in producing and delivering high-quality dishes.
• Work within a large-volume hotel banqueting kitchen to maintain standards and efficiency.
• Commit to a 40-hour week on a shift rota.

As a Chef De Partie, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

• To work as an individual and as part of a team by taking ownership for the correct preparation of mise-en-place and service for the section / banqueting department.
• Adaptable in managing various outlets food menus items (i.e. afternoon tea, larder section, bowl food, canape etc...).
• Relevant experience in producing & delivering high standard food dishes with consistency.
• Proven experience in working within a large volume within a deluxe hotel banqueting kitchen.
• You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.

Annual Earnings up to 37,000 ( 32,960.00 basic salary + non-contractual tronc)
