Job summary

Philema Hospitality Management Enterprise is seeking a dedicated chef for its four-star family hotel overlooking Fistral Beach. You will prepare menus in collaboration with colleagues and ensure high standards at cooking stations.

The role emphasizes supply management, ingredient prep, and following senior chefs while contributing to new presentation ideas and faster, higher-quality dishes. On-site role with team spirit and strict hygiene expectations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menus in collaboration with colleagues.
• Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations.
• Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, spices etc.).
• Follow the guidance of the senior chefs and have input in new ways of presentation or dishes.
• Put effort in optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality.
• Enforce strict health and hygiene standards.
• Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation.
• Any other duties as required.
