Harri is seeking a guest-focused team member for a four-star family hotel overlooking Fistral Beach. You will welcome guests, provide top-notch service, and support food and beverage operations to maximise guest satisfaction.

Role includes handling queries, assisting with events, and maintaining hospitality standards. The position offers competitive pay and staff discounts on spa, dining, and overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• To ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to outstanding hospitality during their stay.
• To minimise and handle complaints professionally per company policies.
• To work in line with company policies and manuals.
• Collaborate with Food and Beverage Manager & Supervisor to maximise sales and meet targets.
• Control stock and staff costs in the absence of Restaurant Managers & Supervisors.
• Follow all hotel policies outlined in training manuals.
• Serve food and drinks quickly, maintaining five-star standards.
• Stay up to date with promotions and new products.
• Inform guests about offers on food and drink range.
• Assist in any function or events setup as required.
• Maintain accurate billing, payments, and reception sales processing.
• Observe cleaning rotas, health & safety, food and hygiene regulations.
• Ensure strong financial and reporting diligence per policy.
• Maintain good relationships with other departments and share information across the hotel.
• Understand responsibilities regarding Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control and Emergency Aid.
• All other duties as required.

This role has a starting rate of £12.75 per hour... On successful completion of probation period you will receive an increase to£13.25 per hour and £50 in hotel vouchers.

Role & Responsibilities:

• To ensure all of our guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to the up most hospitality and care during their stay with us – we aim to provide an unforgettable experience
• To ensure all complaints are minimised and handles professionally as in accordance with our policies
• To work in line with company policies and manuals
• Work with the Food and Beverage Manager & Supervisor to maximise sales performance and achieve sales in line with targets
• Ensure effective control of stock and staff costs in the Restaurant Managers& Supervisor absence.
• To follow all hotel policies as outlined in your training manual:
• Serve food and drinks, quickly and efficiently, meeting our five star standards.
• Keep up to date with current promotions and new products
• Make guests aware of offers on our great food and drink range
• To assist in any function or events set ups in accordance with procedures
• To maintain exemplary billing systems and obtain all payments from guests in accordance with company Policy, and the accurate accounting and processing of all reception sales.
