An amazing opportunity has arisen for a talented Chef de Partie with experience in 5-star luxury hotels or a 3-rosette standard establishment to join our kitchen team at the Iconic Gore Hotel on a casual contract basis.
As a Chef de Partie, you will support our 190 Queen's Gate restaurant, which combines British culinary tradition with contemporary flavours to offer the ultimate Made-in-UK dining experience.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with our talented and multiple-awarded Head Chef, Frederick Foster. Among his awards are the Roux Scholarship, the National Chef of the Year award, and the Master of Culinary Arts, as well as television appearances including The MasterChef TV show.
The Collezione comprises the group's top thirteen luxury five- and four-star hotels, located in New York, Paris, London, Milan, Trieste, and Venice. Each hotel embodies local culture while sharing Italian spirit, creativity, passion, and high service standards.
