The Venue - The Pem Restaurant

The Pem is the signature restaurant at Conrad St James, London, dedicated to culinary excellence using the best of local British ingredients. It has built a strong reputation for elegant flavors with seasonal, locally produced ingredients. Since opening, it has received awards including ‘One to Watch’ at the National Restaurant Awards 2021.

What will I be doing?

• Providing regular training
• Ensuring all food preparation meets standards
• Preparing and presenting high-quality food
• Preparing all mise-en-place for relevant menus
• Assisting Head Chef/Sous Chef in staff training, ensuring compliance with company procedures

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a fine dining restaurant; Michelin experience preferred
• Ability and desire to motivate the team
• Ability to work independently or in teams
