Over the past 8 years, we have opened 27 restaurants across Europe, including France, Monaco, England, Spain, Germany, Belgium, and Italy. YOUR MISSION:

1. Be part of a BIG MAMMA kitchen team.
2. Oversee the hot section to prepare authentic Italian dishes from scratch.
3. Communicate regularly with kitchen management, assist with onboarding and training new chefs, and ensure smooth operation of the hot section.
4. Respect health & safety standards, maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
5. Spread magic and make our customers' day special.

YOUR SKILLS:
