Job summary

The Dukes Head Billericay, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking a Chef de Partie who is passionate about great food and training teams. You will run a kitchen section, ensuring high standards and smooth service while mentoring junior chefs.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or similar role preferred.
• Ability to mentor junior kitchen staff.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
• Ability to prepare ingredients and mise en place before service.
• Excellent knowledge of the menu.
