Restaurant Associates is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our contract catering team in Glasgow. You will run your section, support the kitchen team and help deliver high-quality, consistent food across breakfast, lunch and hospitality services.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to a high standard.
• Run your designated section and support the wider kitchen team.
• Assist breakfast, lunch and hospitality services.
• Follow menus, recipes and portion control guidelines.
• Ensure food is prepared and presented consistently.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness.
• Check and store deliveries correctly.
• Monitor stock and minimise food waste.
• Work closely with the kitchen team during service.
• Support junior chefs and kitchen assistants when required.
• Complete cleaning and close-down duties.

Chef de Partie

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our contract catering team.

This is a great opportunity for a chef who enjoys producing fresh, quality food and working as part of a busy and supportive kitchen team.

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your section and supporting the wider kitchen team to deliver excellent food and service.

Your Duties Will Include

• Preparing and cooking food to a high standard
• Taking responsibility for your designated section
• Supporting breakfast, lunch and hospitality services
• Following menus, recipes and portion control guidelines
• Ensuring food is prepared and presented consistently
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness
• Checking and storing deliveries correctly
• Monitoring stock and minimising food waste
• Working closely with the wider kitchen team during service
• Supporting junior chefs and kitchen assistants when required
• Completing cleaning and close-down duties
