Job summary

Enhance Catering is recruiting a Chef de Partie to support catering operations across our site in High Wycombe HP10. You will be an experienced Chef de Partie with solid cooking skills, good organisation, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

You will prepare and cook fresh, seasonal food to a high standard, support senior chefs with day-to-day kitchen operations, and maintain food safety and health & safety standards.

Qualifications

• Good organisation and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook fresh, seasonal food to a high standard.
• Support senior chefs with day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Maintain food safety and health & safety standards.
• Assist with food prep, service and section management.
• Ensure the area is clean, organised and well-stocked.
• Work as part of a strong kitchen team.
• Ensure consistency, presentation and quality of dishes.
