Job summary

BM Caterers in London area is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team, working Monday to Friday from 4 PM to 11:30 PM. You will deliver a high standard of production and contribute to daily service in a contract catering environment.

With at least two years' experience in a similar operation and qualifications such as C&G 1 & 2 or NVQ, you will plan menus, manage stock, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a similar sized operation.
• Educated to C&G 1 & 2, NVQ or equivalent.

• Provide an exceptional culinary showcase to high production standards.
• Plan balanced, well-costed menus and monitor stock levels.

This is a Chef position to work from Monday to Friday, 4 PM to 11:30 PM.

With sound financial and legislative knowledge, you understand how to achieve targets, plan balanced, well-costed menus and monitor stock levels and controls. An effective communicator with a strong customer focus, you’ll gain valuable feedback to measure success and be committed to continuous learning.

With two years’ experience working in a similar sized operation and educated to C&G 1& 2, NVQ or equivalent experience, you’ll have an exciting portfolio of awards, demonstrating the highest standards in the industry.
