Bankside Hotel is looking for a Chef de Partie to join our award-winning kitchen in London. You will be responsible for running designated sections, ensuring all prep is finished for service, and maintaining high standards across the team.

Join a creative, fast-paced kitchen that values initiative and teamwork. You will train junior chefs, support the Executive and Sous Chefs, and operate within strict health and safety guidelines in a top London hotel.

• Proven commercial or restaurant kitchen experience.
• Pays attention to detail and maintains organisation.

Mansioni

• Effectively run and supervise any allocated kitchen sections to required standards.
• Ensure preparation of designated section is complete and ready for service.
• Keep stock and manage waste in best practices.
• Ensure sections are cleaned and organised and health & safety regulations are followed.
• Support Executive and Sous Chefs in delivering required standards of food.
• Guide, train and delegate to Junior Chefs and support their development.

• Keep a good stock of our inventory and manage waste in best practice
• Ensuring that the designated sections are cleaned and organized
• Support the Executive and Sous Chefs in delivering the required standard of food
• Guide, train and delegate jobs to Junior Chefs as well as support their development
• Comply with all health and safety regulations of Bankside
