The role of the Chef de Partie is to successfully run a section as a part of the kitchen brigade. The ideal Chef de Partie candidate should have:

• Prior experience in high end hotels/restaurant kitchens, as well as high volume establishments.
• Chef de Partie is responsible for the production of food within their section and ensuring it is completed to the highest standards.
• Ability to work well with others and support team members in a group setting.
• Ability to work in an organised fashion, maintaining a high level of hygiene within your workplace and uniform.
• Desire to learn and grow, as well as guiding Demi Chefs & Commis Chefs.
