Restaurant Associates UK is seeking a Hospitality Chef de Partie for a prestigious financial institution in Canary Wharf. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00/3:30pm, delivering à la carte and set menus, sandwiches and breakfasts, with evening events in a modern kitchen.

You will run your own section, maintain high standards, and work with the team to ensure smooth service while contributing ideas for daily specials.

Qualifications

• Strong all-round cooking skills with attention to detail.
• Good pastry knowledge is advantageous.
• Excellent knife skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Running your own section confidently in a busy hospitality kitchen.
• Preparing and presenting fresh, high-quality dishes daily.

Hospitality Chef de Partie – Canary Wharf

Monday–Friday | 7:00am–3:00/3:30pm

We are seeking a talented and reliable Hospitality Chef de Partie to join a high-profile international financial institution in Canary Wharf. This is a busy, multi-faceted hospitality operation delivering à la carte/set menu, daily sandwiches and working breakfasts plus evening events!

Everything is freshly prepared in-house using high-quality ingredients, within a modern, well-equipped kitchen and a professional, supportive team environment!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Running your own section confidently in a busy hospitality kitchen
• Preparing and presenting fresh, high-quality dishes daily
• Producing sandwiches, working breakfasts, buffets, and canapés
• Maintaining excellent hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organisation
• Working closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service
• Supporting stock control and assisting with menu ideas and daily specials
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in hospitality or contract catering
• Willingness to support or step into Commis-level tasks when required
• Strong all-round cooking skills with excellent attention to detail
• Good pastry knowledge is a strong advantage
• Excellent knife skills and solid food knowledge
• Calm and organised under pressure in a busy environment
• Flexible, team-focused attitude – happy to “jump on wherever needed”
