Compass Group UK&I in Canary Wharf, London, is hiring a hands-on Food Services Manager to lead a busy corporate staff dining restaurant in a brand-new workspace. The role carries a £40,000 annual salary and a Monday to Friday, 40-hour schedule, with responsibilities spanning floor leadership and collaboration with the kitchen to deliver high-quality guest experiences.

You will own the daily dining operation, lead a six-strong team across front and back of house, and drive service excellence

We’re looking for a hands‑on Food Services Manager to lead a busy corporate staff dining restaurant in a brand‑new Canary Wharf workspace.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of the daily dining operation, leading a team of six across front and back of house. With high‑volume service and busy peak periods, you’ll keep the team focused, service flowing and standards consistently high.

You’ll bring energy to the floor, work closely with the kitchen and make sure every service delivers on quality, consistency and a warm welcome.
