Restaurant 1890 by Gordon Ramsay is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a passionate team in a modern French dining environment. You will run a kitchen section, cook and plate dishes with precision, and ensure consistent presentation and guest satisfaction.

You will lead and train junior teammates, build strong relationships across the team, and push yourself to grow within a multi-brand, world-class restaurant group. Expect competitive pay and extensive staff benefits.

Inspired by dishes first created by Georges Auguste Escoffier during his time at the Savoy Hotel in 1890, Restaurant 1890 has created a blend between unparalleled service, culinary creativity, and exquisite wines. The restaurant offers an intimate dining experience, serving a modern French menu with a European influence, using only the finest ingredients sourced from all corners of the world and a vintage wine list to match. Restaurant 1890 achieved three AA Rosettes since 2023 and One Michelin Star in 2024.

We are looking for a motivated and committed Chef de Partie to join our passionate team at Restaurant 1890 by Gordon Ramsay

What you do as a Chef de Partie:

• You pride yourself in running a section of the kitchen, preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes – taking responsibility for all dishes coming out from your section and ensuring consistent presentation and memorable guest experiences
• You are confident in leading, training, and developing the more junior members of the team and you naturally enjoy building relationships with others
• You are eager to learn and push yourself to develop your career
• You are keen to use your great cooking, organisational and time management skills, energy, confidence, and passion for food to ensure the highest standards are consistently achieved
