Petrus by Gordon Ramsay in Knightsbridge is seeking an Assistant Head Sommelier to lead wine service and guest experiences at a Michelin-starred level. You will collaborate with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure flawless wine execution and guest engagement.

The ideal candidate has prior Michelin-star experience, is pursuing WSET or CMS certifications, and is eager to advance their wine knowledge while delivering exceptional hospitality.

Formación

• Experience as Assistant Head Sommelier or Head Sommelier in a Michelin-star environment.
• Pursuing a WSET Diploma or Court of Master Sommelier Advanced Certificate.
• Passionate about delivering the highest levels of service to guests.

Petrus by Gordon Ramsay is an elegant fine dining restaurant which has retained a Michelin star since 2011. Serving modern French cuisine, the restaurant benefits from a magnificent state of the art cylindrical wine vault constructed from glass in the middle of the restaurant, creating a fantastic ambience for both our guests and the team.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Assistant Head Sommelier to join our team at the Michelin starred Pétrus by Gordon Ramsay, located in Knightsbridge.

We are ideally looking for candidates who:

• Have previous experience as an Assistant Head Sommelier or Head Sommelier within a Michelin Star environment
• Possess or are currently studying for a WSET Diploma or Court of Master sommelier Advance Sommelier Certificate
• Are passionate about delivering the highest levels of service to our guests in an engaging and informative way
• Be able to work effectively as part of a team and build rapport with our guests and the team
• Desire to continuously learn and improve both knowledge and skills
