Job summary

Gordon Ramsay Restaurants in London is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to lead the pastry section, bake and plate high quality desserts with creative flair, and take responsibility for every dish from your station.

You will lead and mentor junior teammates while ensuring consistent presentation and memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

We are looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join our back of house team members at Lucky Cat - 22 Bishopsgate.

What you do as a Pastry Chef de Partie:

• Youprideyourselfonrunningthepastrysection,preparing,bakingandpresentinghigh qualitydesserts,usingacreativeflairandtakingresponsibilityforalldishescomingoutof yoursectionwhilstensuringconsistentpresentationandmemorableguestexperiences
• You’reconfidentinleading,traininganddevelopingthemorejuniormembersoftheteam andyounaturallyenjoybuildingrelationshipswithothers
• You’rekeentouseyourgreatbaking,organisationalandtimemanagementskills,creativity, andpassionforexcitingandinnovativedishestoensurethehigheststandardsareconstantlyachieved
