Job summary

BM Caterers in London is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our multi award-winning contract catering team. You will deliver exceptional culinary production, lead a section, and maintain the highest standards of food quality and portion control.

With two years’ experience in a similar sized operation and a background in C&G 1/2 or NVQ, you will communicate effectively, support a culture of teamwork, and contribute to menu costing and stock management.

• Two years’ experience in a similar sized operation.
• Educated to C&G 1/2, NVQ or equivalent.
