Job summary

BM Caterers is seeking a Chef de Partie for a night shift from Saturday to Wednesday, 17:00-02:00, 37.5 hours per week. You will showcase culinary excellence, plan costed menus, and monitor stocks while leading a team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction.

Two years’ experience in a similar operation and qualifications (C&G 1&2/NVQ or equivalent) are required. Enjoy a range of benefits and continuous professional development opportunities.

This is a Night Chef position to work from Saturday to Wednesday, 17:00-02:00 (37.5 hours per week).

With sound financial and legislative knowledge, you understand how to achieve targets, plan balanced, well-costed menus and monitor stock levels and controls. An effective communicator with a strong customer focus, you’ll gain valuable feedback to measure success and be committed to continuous learning.

With two years’ experience working in a similar sized operation and educated to C&G 1& 2, NVQ or equivalent experience, you’ll have an exciting portfolio of awards, demonstrating the highest standards in the industry.
