You will work under an award-winning Head Chef in a state-of-the-art kitchen serving up to 60 guests, with lunch and dinner service and latest finish at 11pm.

The role demands a minimum of three years in professional kitchens, ideally at reputable restaurants, hotels, or premium-casual venues.
