Job summary

Rothay Garden by Harbour Hotels in the Lake District is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for running a section, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to a high standard, and helping create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Working alongside our Head Chef, you will contribute to the 2 AA Rosette kitchen and enjoy opportunities for progression within Harbour Hotels.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie preferred, ideally in a 1–2 Rosette setting.

Responsibilities

• Run your own section and assist in preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard.
• Support Head Chef in delivering memorable dining experiences.

The role...

We have a superb opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at Rothay Garden.

Working alongside our Head Chef, you will play an important role in delivering the high standards expected of our 2 AA Rosette restaurant. You will be confident running your own section, preparing and presenting dishes to an excellent standard, and helping to create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about food, takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a busy, supportive kitchen team.

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie is preferred, ideally within a 1 or 2 Rosette establishment, although we are also keen to hear from ambitious chefs looking to take the next step in their career.
