Harbour Hotels is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join the Rothay Garden kitchen team. You will work under the Head Chef, running your own section and delivering dishes to a high standard for our 2 AA Rosette restaurant in a busy, supportive environment.

We welcome candidates passionate about food who take pride in their work and are keen to develop within Harbour Hotels’ growing portfolio. UK eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie is preferred.
• Ideally in a 1 or 2 Rosette establishment.

Responsibilities

• Run and manage your own kitchen section under the Head Chef.
• Prepare and present dishes to a high standard for a 2 AA Rosette restaurant.
• Support a busy, collaborative kitchen team and contribute to memorable dining experiences.

The role…

We have a superb opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at Rothay Garden.

Working alongside our Head Chef, you will play an important role in delivering the high standards expected of our 2 AA Rosette restaurant. You will be confident running your own section, preparing and presenting dishes to an excellent standard, and helping to create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about food, takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a busy, supportive kitchen team.

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie is preferred, ideally within a 1 or 2 Rosette establishment, although we are also keen to hear from ambitious chefs looking to take the next step in their career.
