Job summary

Rockfish Exmouth is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our seafood-led kitchen. You will work with the freshest, sustainably sourced seafood and take ownership of your section, delivering high-quality dishes.

We invest in our chefs with coaching, mentoring, and professional training in seafood, wine, and food safety; there are clear opportunities to progress as we grow.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong leadership and training skills for junior chefs.
• Passion for seafood and sustainable ingredients.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Work with the best seafood and prepare high-quality dishes.
• Take responsibility for your section, ensuring consistency and excellence.
• Support and train junior chefs, setting high standards.
