Job summary

Rockfish Torquay is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen, where you’ll cook with the freshest, MSC-certified seafood sourced daily from local markets. Enjoy competitive pay with generous tips and a strong culture of internal progression and training.

As part of a team led by Mitch Tonks, you’ll take ownership of your section, maintain high standards, and help mentor junior chefs in a busy, well‑organised kitchen environment, with benefits designed to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to work with fresh seafood and deliver consistent quality.
• Leadership and training of junior kitchen staff.
