Job summary

Rockfish Poole is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our team and cook with the freshest, sustainable seafood landed daily from Brixham Market.

Earn up to £15.50 per hour with tips, plus opportunities for progression from Commis to Head Chef. We offer training in seafood, wine, and food safety, a supportive kitchen culture, and staff perks across Rockfish locations. 28 days holiday (pro-rata), Christmas Eve/Day off, and a 4-week sabbatical after 10 years.
