Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a Chef de Partie to join its kitchen brigade. The role includes a base rate up to £13.10 per hour plus TRONC and potential OT earnings. You will deliver high-quality, fresh dishes across multiple sections, following established recipes and standards.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques.

Basic Rate up to £13.10 per hour PLUS TRONC

On Target Earnings £15.25 - £15.75 (Including TRONC)
