Heartwood Collection is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in the UK. This role supports multiple sections, following established recipes and maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in a service environment with intermediate knife skills and a strong foundation in classical cooking techniques, ready to thrive in a fast-paced, award-winning hospitality group.

Basic Rate up to £13.10 per hour PLUS TRONC

On Target Earnings £14.75 - £15.25* (Including TRONC)

About You

• Have a passion and a proven track record in delivering great quality and fresh food
• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes
• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques
