Heartwood Collection is seeking a Chef de Partie in Oxford to join a vibrant kitchen team. The role offers a basic rate up to £13.10 per hour plus TRONC, with on-target earnings between £15.25 and £15.75 including TRONC.

About You:

• Have a passion and a proven track record in delivering great quality and fresh food
• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes
• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques
