Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our award-winning hospitality group. The role offers a base hourly rate with TRONC and On Target Earnings (OTE). You will work across kitchen sections, following established recipes to deliver high-quality, fresh dishes for our pubs and brasseries.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills.
• Ability to work at least 2 kitchen sections and follow recipes.

Basic Rate up to £13.10 per hour PLUS TRONC

On Target Earnings £15.25 - £15.75* (Including TRONC)

About You

• Have a passion and a proven track record in delivering great quality and fresh food
• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes
• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques
