Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a Chef de Partie to join its vibrant kitchen teams across its cosy pubs and brasseries. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, seasonal dishes while supporting the kitchen brigade, and following recipes with precision.

You will work across at least two sections, uphold standards, and progress with bespoke training through the Stepping Stones programme. Competitive pay includes TRONC and opportunities for focus on skill development.

• Solid knife skills and familiarity with classical cooking techniques.
• Experience delivering high-quality dishes in a kitchen environment.
• 3–4 years in a service setting with recipe following.

Chef de Partie

Basic Rate up to £13.10 per hour PLUS TRONC

On Target Earnings £14.50 - £15 *(Including TRONC)

About You:

• Have a passion and a proven track record in delivering great quality and fresh food
• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes
• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques
