Job summary

The Willow, Bourton-on-the-Water is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our fresh food-led kitchen. You’ll work with seasonal, local ingredients, supporting senior chefs and contributing to the day-to-day delivery of outstanding dishes.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to specification.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and kitchen safety.
• Assist senior chefs and supervise junior kitchen staff.
