Job summary

Bvlgari Hotel London is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our luxury kitchen. Reporting to the Culinary Director, you will prepare all foods to the highest standards, work quickly and accurately, and support junior team members.

You will uphold strict hygiene, manage deliveries, and contribute to cost control while maintaining impeccable presentation. Eligibility to work in the UK and fluent English are required.

Qualifications

• NVQ or professional culinary qualifications preferred.
• Experience as Chef de Partie in a 5-star or Michelin/AA Rosette setting.
• Good English, eligible to work in the UK, immaculately presented.

Job description

What we are looking for

Reporting to the Culinary Director, you will be responsible for the preparation of all foods within the kitchen, ensuring it is to the highest of standards. You will be quick, efficient and accurate, providing a prompt service delivery. Following the clear directions of the Culinary Director, you will learn the importance of consistency and cost control. You will receive and account for supplies and deliveries, follow correct hygienic food handling practices and follow the restaurant’s cleaning and waste disposal practices. You will lead and support junior members of the team and produce own work in accordance with deadlines and quality guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and excellent kitchen knowledge along with an understanding of food safety and hygiene for the environment you will work in. You are likely to have relevant NVQ or professional qualifications although your technical skills and flexibility will be what sets you apart.

To be successful in this role you will bring experience as a Chef de Partie in a 5-star establishment and/or experience in a Michelin star or AA rosette restaurant. You will be an immaculately presented individual who possesses informal yet impeccable customer service skills.
