Susan Hamilton is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie for a prestigious 5* luxury hotel with a renowned 2 Rosette restaurant. The role offers a salary up to £40,000, 3 days off weekly, and a pattern of 3 double shifts plus 1 single shift, in a high-end kitchen environment with exceptional ingredients.

You will join a friendly, supportive team and work to the highest standards, delivering outstanding culinary experiences and progression opportunities within a celebrated hotel group.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or strong Chef de Partie within a high-end hotel, restaurant or fine dining environment.
• Essential: strong fine dining experience.
• Essential: French cuisine experience.
• Passionate about food, quality and presentation.
• Strong understanding of kitchen standards and section management.
• Confident working independently on your section.
• Professional, organised and able to work well under pressure.
• A positive, hands-on approach and genuine passion for hospitality.
