Chef de Partie - up to £14.50* per hour (The Boot)

We're looking for passionate people to join our fantastic kitchen team as a Chef de Partie.

Heartwood Collection is an award-winning collection of cosy pubs and atmospheric brasseries at the heart of their local communities serving great fresh, seasonal food.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards.
2. Ensure kitchen cleanliness and organization.
3. Assist with menu planning and inventory management.
4. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
2. Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong communication skills.
