Job Title: Experienced Chef de Partie
Location: Various Locations across Northamptonshire
Hours: Flexible hours available
Pay Rate: £15 - £17 per hour, depending on venue

Berry Recruitment is seeking passionate and skilled Chef de Parties to join our dynamic team, working across multiple locations in Northamptonshire. Key Responsibilities:

  • Station Management: Take charge of a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare ingredients, cook meals, and present dishes to a high standard of taste and visual appeal.
  • Quality Control: Maintain consistency in flavour, presentation, and portion control to meet company standards.
  • Hygiene & Safety Compliance: Follow and maintain rigorous food safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Stock Handling: Manage inventory for your section, ensuring proper storage and rotation of ingredients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Valid Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (minimum).
  • Completed Health and Safety training.
  • Must have own transport, uniform, and chef equipment.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Excellent culinary skills with strong knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills with a team-oriented attitude.
