PRS Agency is seeking a temporary Chef de Partie to work in a dynamic and creative kitchen dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences. We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team and help create outstanding dishes.

Responsibilities

1. Manage a kitchen section, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
2. Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in menu development.
3. Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
4. Train and guide junior kitchen staff.
5. Assist in inventory management and ordering.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Strong culinary skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team.
• Culinary qualification preferred.

Additional Details

Experience: Required

Employment: Part-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm

Salary: £15 – £18 hourly
