The Opportunity: Chef de Partie

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at Six by Nico Bristol. This is your chance to grow in a fast-paced and creative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations
• Take charge of a section during service, alternating sections to aid in your personal development
• Maintain high food safety standards and apply modern food preparation techniques
• Deliver exceptional, high-quality dishes that align with our ever-changing, innovative menus
• Exhibit strong multitasking abilities and stay organised under pressure
• Foster a positive, team-oriented atmosphere while continuously improving your skills
