Duties and responsibilities

Based in our kitchens, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking all meals served to patients and staff. Meals for patients are prepared according to dietary and nutritional guidelines, with opportunities to showcase creativity in the staff restaurant. This role suits experienced chefs seeking ad-hoc shifts across 7 days, with working hours between 6:30 am and 5:30 pm.

Who we're looking for

• A relevant culinary qualification (NVQ etc)
• Experience as a professional Chef
• Level 3 or 4 Food Hygiene qualification preferred
• Excellent team player with flexibility for varying shift lengths
